Review on 📶 ARRIS TG862G-CT Wireless Gateway: Advanced 802.11b/g/n GigaPort x 4 Port Router with 2-Voice Lines for XFINITY/COMCAST by David Nelson

I ordered this modem because it supports emta and I just upgraded to Comcast Triple Play. After reading some reviews and comments about used modems and Comcast activation issues, I was skeptical at first. However, with the promise and trust of Revain, I went further. First of all I take my hat off to the seller. Fast sending. I received my order within 3 days. The seller provided detailed instructions on the preparatory steps to take before calling Comcast, as well as the steps to activate the modem, including the correct phone number. After the first attempt to add the modem to my account, the customer service representative initially told me that I needed to take the modem to the nearest service center. However, this representative was able to contact another department and authorize my modem on my account. It took several resets to start the modem and then activate the voice portion. I spent almost 1.5 hours getting this to work. But now I am ready. Thanks to the seller for the detailed instructions. Note: The gateway's Wi-Fi signal appears to be perfect. So far there are no problems. Will keep watching.
