Great headlights but one strand stopped working after less than 4 weeks at
I bought these 2 packs 4 times. Lights on a Japanese maple tree in front of my house. I had to set up and climb a ladder to put her in. One string stopped working (half up, half down. Weird) so I issued a refund. However, I need to return BOTH boxes of 100 in order to process the refund. This means I now have to climb this tree, not only to pull out a bad thread, but to pull out a perfectly good one. I wish the company would allow returning ONE row that doesn't work.
