DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. Stopped working almost immediately. Terrible customer service.
Wow I was really excited about this product as I thought it would be an upmarket kettle to use to make coffee in the morning but after just a few weeks of light use it's just completely stopped work. It won't even turn on. That's crazy considering I paid $150 for something that broke almost immediately. Not only that, I have tried several times to speak to their customer service which I would describe as non-existent. I've sent inquiries to customer service via email and their website, but they just don't respond. Please do not buy this item. There are many other good kettles out there that don't cost that much and are actually quality products unlike this junk.
