I have this device with the main device XTRONS PST10ACH_L Android 10. There were no pairing problems and after a short delay when launching the associated app, the device connects to the app and the data is available. An on/off button on the ODBII key is a nice touch, allowing it to be turned off completely for long periods of time when the vehicle is not in use. The device is a little higher than usual and as a result I had to detach part of the lower dashboard panel to allow the key to be inserted, but by re-inserting it I was able to return the detached panel to its original position.
