Working but not in neutral.
The only problem I had, which was a huge waste of time, was that the new switch wasn't in neutral when it was shipped (transfer case was in neutral). I spent a few hours trying to figure it out before good old YouTube figured out I wasn't crazy. I could either send it back or disassemble it. So I took it apart and put it in neutral and boom! 4WD is back! I would give that 5 stars but as I've probably voided every warranty (if any) and the time it took me to do light work I won't. It works as they say.
