Turns out I had a bad block. The support I got was good and they replaced the device. Looks like the latest firmware update fixed the problem. I no longer have low volume issues on my Sonos system. I recommend this product. The picture is very clear and bright and we used it several times for our outdoor films! I bought a V7 to replace my Wimius P28 but I have a big problem with the sound. I use the headphone output to connect a Sonos amplifier for our outdoor theater. Speaker. Audio output is very low. And yes. I made sure the volume on the Sonos projector and amp was set to full volume. When I use the exact same configuration on the Wimius, the Sonos amp is so loud I can only use 50% volume! I ran a test using the same Roku streaming stick, watched the same movie with the same cables and amps, and saw the difference between day and night. I'm hoping I just have a broken unit or can be fixed with a firmware update as I need a projector.
