I bought this in white for my 9" iPad - I liked it initially but the main hinge gets lost and it won't stretch. Now I have to be very careful or my iPad will tip over backwards and I can't read the screen. The beauty of this holder was its excellent mobility, which allows you to place the iPad in almost any position. This has been fantastic for me as I have had to move it around a lot while working on my laptop and other machines and the joint is getting weaker so eventually I can't use it at all (see UPDATE below) I'm so disappointed - it was the perfect solution for the first month and a half but now I'm afraid to adjust the position I have a message for your customer ser vice but haven't heard from them yet. I hope the company gets back to me - I've read good things about their good work. UPDATE - 10 MINUTES after posting this review, I was contacted by a representative from the company. The product comes with three screws that you can use to tighten the bracket to your liking. WOW - what fantastic service! I think that's an instruction I should have read.
