Works well, I like the automatic handle because it's easier! I use two hands to stretch and shape the noodles, this helps me with the quality of the product. It doesn't press against the table, so I think it's easier to install and remove. Working with dough makes me feel like a pasta master. This machine has helped me improve my technique and dough. I don't need to bathe, it's easy to get too busy. Here's an example, we recently received a whole bunch of chanterelles from a friend. I made a double batch so I gave them some fresh mushroom paste. It worked well because they were doing renovations and had a kitchen. Makes me look like a hero I use this at least once a week, the quality of our own fresh pasta is out of this world compared to everything else. We use eggs from our own hens and flour and olive oil of our choice. This saves us money in the long run. I really don't understand how you could not use this brilliant machine in your gastronomic endeavors. Good Appetite.
