I ordered these crows to scare away many lively, noisy and arrogant crows that frequent our neighboring trees. I started by hanging the small/medium upside down on a branch that didn't do anything. Then on another tree they hung the largest one, almost the size of a real crow. Not an immediate change, but over time it seems like there are MUCH fewer feral crows in my yard. They're still there almost every day, but it's not the massive crowd we used to have. And the few that come are less loud and obnoxious. So I think they work for what I wanted. Also, they are very well preserved, they look almost the same as the day I hung them, despite the storm, sun, wind, etc.
