Very small on my review.

Way too small for my 6 month old (who is also a preemie so he is on the small side). He still likes to play with it and chew on it though.

Pros

My son was 4 months when I bought them. He’s 6 months now & still loves these.

Cons

The textured surface may be too rough and cause irritation to delicate gums
