We received the item last night and my wife and I were able to use it. Overall we think it's a good product and did an excellent job of relieving the tension in my legs. The position of the foot in the device was critical, as pushing the foot back too far while running in position 1 caused discomfort and even pain. This is obviously difficult for designers/manufacturers to control since everyone has different foot sizes. After we both figured out the correct foot position with no air pressure, we really enjoyed the product and were able to turn the air pressure back on to use the full capabilities of the device with our feet in the right position. We definitely recommend it.
