This stuff is awesome. I now use this yellow/cream color (the color is similar to beeswax, but this wax is much thicker and stickier than beeswax) on all my blades, both hand and power tools. You can hear (power tools) or feel (hand tools) the difference. The blades simply glide faster and easier over the material (wood, metal, plastic, etc.) with less heat generated when cutting. And as long as you don't apply it (it's not necessary - a light coat of paint will do), it won't leave a mark that can affect paint, stain or varnish. Is this the best wax for cutting? I don't know, but it's surprisingly good.
