Update to Previous Rating: I originally gave this watch 5 stars for both the watch and customer service, but I downgraded the rating to 1 due star for a watch strap . The group on this watch doesn't last long. I bought this watch a few months ago and the seller gave me a replacement for a broken bracelet. Now, after using the replacement watch for a month, the strap on the replacement watch has also snapped. Very disappointing as I like the watch especially the size of the indicators on the dial. I don't think the pedometer or odometer is accurate, but I don't mind. This watch has everything you need and is easy to use and program. I love the size of the face and the graphics that make it easy to read and track while running without having to wear reading glasses to read the data on the face.
