I normally don't complain about anything but this product definitely upset me for a number of reasons. I bought this turntable because I thought it had a great design and would be a great birthday present for my parents. First of all, the delivery process was delayed. Which is why I didn't get the present until her actual birthday. When I was all packed and settled, it was time for her to open her gift. They were delighted with their gift and amazed at how 'well' it was wrapped to protect the entire piece. We plugged it in, grabbed some of our favorite records and tested the turntable. It worked great for the first minute of the first song and then suddenly the hand started slipping/skipping the disc. The needle scratched some of my absolute favorite albums (YOU DON'T NEED THE CHEAPEST), the arm never automatically retracted as advertised and the VERTIKALE STABILUS wobbled horribly. I believe the platter wobble is the source of the problem, I replaced the stylus (not that I even had to do that as it's a brand new product and it still scratched one of my records. I felt as if I would be if I tried a different one The result might have been different but I was wrong so it not only ruined my expensive Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon record but my other two Post Malone ones as well Records scratched I put my records on their old vinyls and not my parents old vinyls but I am very upset at what this has done to my 3 other LPs, a product that has as many negative reviews as it has a birthday It was the fact that it was a late delivery and a faulty product that ruined 3 perfectly good records and now I have to eat the cost of their records and wait for a new Sp man is coming. Very frustrating.
