Great door if we could install it. The Bad: The installation itself was very difficult. The door includes parts but there is a bit of fabrication that needs to be done. After struggling with the installation for hours, I ended up at the local hardware store and bought a roll of caulk, caulk, and tools. It wasn't an easy setup. The instructions are not easy to follow. I almost bought another dog door and sent it back, but the hole we cut was too big for other companies' extra large dog door, so we kept it and ended up adding more custom parts. Possible Solution: The company, like other dog flap manufacturers, should include a pre-made insert.
