I love these mats and use them in all my ovens and grills. For my Ninja Foodi 5-in-1 grill, these mats are perfect for both the grill and the fry basket. These mats are a bit small on the NinjaFoodi XL grill, but they can be used as long as you air roast the amount of food that will fit on them. I also use these for my Ninja Foodi XL Oven and have to use both mats to cover the fry basket. To be honest I've never tried using parchment paper in any of the roasting ovens as it wouldn't stay underneath with the fans. The weight of these rugs will hold them up. Most of the food I air fry is either breaded or sticks to the fry basket (greasing the basket with oil can ruin the finish). Before buying these pads, the grid of the roasting baskets was often difficult to clean. Things would get stuck in the corners where the meshes crossed and often fall through the baskets to burn on the bottom of the grill or the heating elements in the oven. I cleaned them but sometimes it took some effort and time. These rugs have transformed all my ovens and grills. Some juices may spill depending on what is air fried, but breading, cheese, etc. is not wasted. Nothing will stick to these mats, and just a small amount of soap and warm water will wash grease or oil off them. Save time by cleaning baskets and air grills. Absolutely nothing sticks to them and rinsing in warm, soapy water will clean them of any grease or juice that got on them. Since using these mats I have not had to clean the oven heating elements of burnt residue. If I ever had to replace these rugs I would definitely buy them again.
