5 hard-to-reach screws needed for installation were missing from the package
We have purchased several Sanus wall mounts and have been happy with them. This was missing 5 5M 6mm screws. I had my installer wait while I looked for these very hard to find screws. I visited 2 hardware stores and 3 car dealerships before finally finding the right screws. This made a simple installation much more complicated and longer than necessary. Very poor quality control by Sanus. I purchased this product from another seller but felt Revain customers should be aware of this issue.
