Got two of these, one for my 3-year old granddaughter and one for my husband who has trouble bending over without getting light-headed. Three-year old LOVES to sweep but usually spills what's in the dustpan. This type of dustpan prevents spilling and allows for independence! My husband is also constantly cleaning, so again, this helps with his independence and frees me up from having to drop what I'm doing to hold his dustpan when he's done sweeping. It's a win-win!
