The product itself is exactly as described. Well built, looks good and serves my purpose well. The problem is the supplied screws. One of the two screws was warped where the Phillips head goes and won't turn. "Just buy another screw" would be my solution if the screw didn't have a specific size and especially didn't have a matching color. I tried emailing Interdesign directly but never got a response. It's not worth changing because of the screw, but I also can't give a 5-star rating for something with damaged hardware and no response from the manufacturer. Edit: Updated to 5 stars; Interdesign did not email me back, but replacement screws showed up in my inbox today.
