Just bought this housekeeper and just trying to install it. Without any load, one of the brackets broke off completely. As? The product appears to have weak cosmetic welds at the joints. The photo shows that the seam did not penetrate the metal. I'm sending mine back for a refund. I don't want a replacement. The rest of the product looks good, but that's about it.

Love the design. This is exactly what I wanted, but the keychain holders bend too easily. I bent one to open the package. I was able to put it back in place but then my husband broke one trying to move it to another location (he had to leave it where I had it). All of this was within a day. It still works and looks good most of the time, but be careful so you're extra careful with it. I'm happy with it and would order again if I had to, but I can't spend $20 so we'll make do with it.

One of the two screws was warped where the Phillips head goes and won't turn. I bought this to hang by my front door to solve the constant problem of losing my car keys, work ID and important mail. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. It's a lot stronger than I expected. I figured it would be a bit flimsy wicker material which would still be good as it would be wall mounted and didn't need to be something heavy. In fact, it is a strong metal.
