I have problems with the waist split in many pants. I don't have what I consider to be unusual proportions or an exceptionally thin waist, but somehow the waist-to-hip ratio on many pants just never seems right to me. Whether casual capris for the summer, jeans (especially skinny jeans) or suit trousers, there is often an imbalance between the desired fit at the buttocks/thighs and the waist. I've tried flush fitting elastic straps ("dance straps") and they work well but don't look very attractive. These buckleless belts are a wonderful solution to the problem and they look very cute! They snap around the two front waistbelt loops without meeting in the middle. As a result there is no bulge or bulge at the buckle as nothing can come together in the front and break your waist/shirt line. The two stripes on the back look like bow ties, which is cute and fun. The plain colors are black and neutral beige and go well with khakis or black suit trousers. This is a great way to achieve the perfect waist fit without bloating!
