It's not worth it, the foil fell apart, the basket fell apart, does not release dough.

The linen cover fell apart within minutes of first use. It just parted, leaving a gaping hole. I would overlook this since most people just use the proofing basket. BUT. The basket itself did not release the dough. Regardless of the amount of flour sprinkled or the moisture/dryness of the dough used. And. The basket itself fell apart. The idea of the fermentation basket is simple. This is just a shape for the dough to rise. This gives the dough support, shape and possibly a nice print. This basket broke the first time I used it and quickly became an obstacle to my work. It's a slap in the face, bullshit tossed onto the market for a quick buck, meant to be used only once or twice, and then forgotten by the householder's spouse. It was clearly not designed to withstand heavy repeated use and many types of bread. Some of these have to go up during the night.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Unbelievable price
