Normal quality, serious problems with the handle
Bought a chef's knife and a boning knife. They look good and are pretty sharp. The problem is that the finish of the handle is very poorly done. Three pins in the handles of both knives protrude from the wood. They have extremely sharp burn marks and edges on the pins. If I moved my finger across it fast enough, it would cut you. It is inconvenient to hold in hand when pressed.
