I like that you can have multiple appointments in one day for different people so it's not just an appointment once per week or something similar where they may forget about things if there are too many scheduled events during certain timeslots (e.g., lunch hour). It also helps me keep track of my schedule as well since everything gets put into this app! Sometimes when scheduling meetings/appointments online some fields don't show up but other than that we haven't had problems yet. We're trying out different methods such as using our Google Calendar instead which has been helpful because sometimes those calendars aren't always accurate depending upon what time zones each person lives in etc..
