Nice but not worth it.
Cannot be tightened or loosened. It has to be the right size to look decent. and you have to thread it through the silver loop and then zip it up to make it look bulky around our pup's neck. Too bad because the design is so cute :(
- All necklines are cut away from the neck to avoid irritation.
- Doubtful purchase for the elderly.
