Okay for now. Lamps are beautiful when assembled! However, both the instructions and the video are unclear and the video caused me to rip off my entire nail (very painful, FYI). So I'll try to explain it here to help. The video shows how to detach the extension from the base while gluing the LEDs to the B-pillar. The power supply is NOT INTERRUPTED! When I tried, my nail got stuck. I went to pick up the box which was taut and my whole nail came loose. You can glue the strip very easily WITHOUT removing this box. There are two LED strips per lamp, one on each side of the pole. Also, make sure you assemble these lamps in a very clean, relatively lint and dust free area. Dust will be visible through the lamp from the inside when they are off. Finally, insert the rivets before placing the lantern on the base! Otherwise you risk leaving dents in the lantern. By following these very simple steps, mounting your lamps will be child's play! I really wish I didn't have to lose an entire nail to find out. I'm still bleeding after 10 minutes.
