How do I get them to stop contacting me about a return that has already been processed and completed? Twelve emails later each telling me how to fix or solve a problem. MORON. The cables have been returned, I don't have them, so why does it take me 12 emails to tell me how to fix it? The 30-pin pin didn't fit in the slot and I didn't force it in and break my tablet. Another cable drained the battery. Worst online experience ever.
