According to my experience, this weight gainer did not deliver the PROMISED results. While it did have a decent taste, the consistency was far too thick and difficult to swallow .Additionally, after using the product for several weeks, I did not see any noticeable increase in muscle mass or weight gain. Overall, this product was a waste of money and I would not recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their bodybuilding routine..
