Much better than I expected. I was looking for a stand mixer to start making bread. I've seen a lot of refurbished Kitchen Aid blenders. I suppose if there were that many broken Kitchen Aid stand mixers I'd have a headache. Refurbished Kitchen Aid faucets are just as expensive as new Kitchen Aid faucets. So when you buy a new Kitchen Aid mixer you can put up with what you spent $500 on going on a conveyor belt and then going to ebay, Revain, Sears. Now back to the assessment. 800 watts, easy to use, quick to clean, love the color red, cast iron is heavier than cast iron pans. So skip the hoop and trust me. It's inexpensive and better than Kitchen Aid.
