This is my second purchase as the first set didn't work. I tested the first set by plugging them into a four pin connector on the truck and they worked fine. I decided to hardwire them and mix up the two wires, they don't work anymore (my fault). comes with the kit (in case I need to turn it off later). A few hours later (probably had to lower the spare tire) the job looked like it had come. Everything was fine and the headlights look fantastic. Unfortunately, trucks are smarter than me, or so they think. Now it thinks a trailer is attached to it and it beeps every time I start the truck, use the turn signals or hit the brakes. This tells me the trailer is connected, the trailer is disconnected, the right turn signal is faulty, the left turn signal is faulty, and some other messages that I don't remember. Of course, with every message comes DING. Averaging 20+ miles, probably ringing thirty times. I'm trying to hook up a trailer. I'm afraid of somehow overloading the schemes. Has anyone encountered this problem and has a solution? In general I like lights, but unfortunately if I don't find an easy workaround I'll probably end up with them. 2018F-150 Platinum Package
