No remote, lights don't sync to music

Recently ordered for my Scion tC. It's really not what I expected. My order did not have a controller (remote) and the microphone does not work. The light is out of sync with my music. I'm using Apple Music and it's not working. Next thing is that the glue is not sticky at all. I put it on the car and took it off immediately. I tried touching the sticky surface to see if it wasn't sticky. Overall I am dissatisfied with my purchase. The only thing I liked was that the light actually worked.
