It is very easy for me since I am not an expert in estimating, but it has helped my team out tremendously! The software helps us keep track of all our projects at once which makes things easier when we are trying to bill one customer multiple times or if they have more than 1 job going with different people doing them both over several months/weeks etc.). We can also add notes about each project so that there isn't confusion later down the road as well (ie - "this date was changed by another member" vs having someone else's signature). Sometimes it will crash and you'll lose everything; however most issues get fixed quickly after reporting online via support tickets. So far no major complaints except minor bugs heren'there like losing files sometimes due to crashes. Our main goal right now is just making sure everyone stays organized while working together throughout many tasks simultaneously.
