You might call me OCD when it comes to washing cars, but I don't like spending hours cleaning and waxing windows in hard-to-reach corners and doing dirty windows. I have to say you get what you pay for. I didn't expect much from him when I ordered. I was just hoping to get a tool that can get into the hard to reach places on my (BMW 5 Series). In most cases, sliding the cleaning pad back and forth across the glass will come off. The biggest problem I have is that every time I press the device, the entire latch on the head falls off. I've been looking for a better tool.
