Review on ๐Ÿšฒ Delta Cycle Foot Fenders: Bicycle Toe Clips for Comfortable and Convenient Mountain Biking by John Rivera

Great product, super durable and works as advertised.

I'm not a crazy cyclist, but I ride about 100 miles a week. I noticed my feet kept slipping when shifting gears, hitting bumps, etc. I wanted something cheap and light to keep my feet on the pedals. These brackets worked great. I've read other reviews that they don't fit and has something to do with a small steel plate not fitting. Not sure if they would fit but looked at my pedals and it looked like the two small holes must be pretty close to the clip mounting holes. I ordered them hoping for the best. It turns out they fit perfectly. The mounting hardware was the right length and all I had to do was line up the mounting holes and install. For extra security I added a small washer on the same side as the screw head, but I don't think this is necessary. After a few rides they align my feet well on the pedals. Not too far forward and directly on the balls of your feet. They hold my feet nice but not like a full brace so I can easily pop my foot out at the stop light if needed. I've never used a full clamp in the pedals so I can't tell if they help with the 'upstroke' or the cycling pull up, but they are very secure and the plastic is nice and sturdy. I definitely recommend them as a cheap sweet spot before moving on to full clip pedals and shoes. Easy installation and works exactly as advertised. I just want to caution the user to make sure your current pedals have small holes in the front to attach them.
