not very quick to release
Installed on van for a little over 6 months and rarely used, quick release not quick at all. The mechanism seems to be stuck and you need a tool to open it. Tried flushing and lubricating with various lubricants - to no avail. I called and spoke to customer service. She offered nothing but an apology, which didn't solve the problem. I would choose Yakima racks if I did it again. and still can
