Since I have received it it has not been able to charge or turn on or show any indication of functioning. This is definitely a big waste of money. Please refund me my money. I'm very disappointed. Today is Dec. 29 still no change this device has not been able to be charged and I'm very disappointed I was contacted but I asked to send a video of item which I did don't know what good that made. But I'm still to recieve any refund or a replacement. What's happening.
