It's very rare that the front wheels need to be changed. I don't recommend them and I'm not sure where to get the exact ones. I turned the centers to fit the bearings and took weights off the old ones. I still had the problem of them dragging when fully tightened. The only way to roll them reasonably smoothly was to loosen the bolts, but then the wheels came loose on their own.
