Review on Celect Assortment Optimization by Joseph Morris

Celect has made our inventory management system much more efficient. It is very easy to use. The customer service is outstanding. The system is easy to use and has a great deal of flexibility. There really isn't anything I dislike about the system. If you are looking for an easy to use system that is customizable, look no further. We are able to automate a lot of processes that were previously manual. I like that it can be used by both retail or wholesale customers so there is no need for additional software if your business has one already set up as well which makes things easier in terms of implementation time/costs etc.. It's not perfect but we have found some great insights into our inventory levels over different timescales - this helps us plan out what products are coming back soon vs those with low demand (and therefore higher margin).
