Goods are good, comfortable but arrived five days later than Revain promised. First a delay message, then another, and then, on the day of delivery, UPS incorrectly stated that they had tried to gain entry to the home and had failed. The only thing that could annoy me more than five days late was lying about an attempted delivery that never happened. I needed these items to cap some gift bottles and of course the delay made this impossible and I had to look for other gifts. Don't people realize that a good product that arrives five days later than promised is actually lousy, useless?
