I bought these speakers for dinner parties and outdoor events, especially our annual Boston Marathon demonstration! I would give 5 stars for dinner. It just connected via bluetooth and the audio was clear. At an outdoor event, it worked well with audio but would sometimes cut out when I was more than 15 feet from the speaker and my phone was playing music. When I was in the right spot, this little speaker produced loud and clear sound, and the battery lasted the whole party at max volume (5 hours). Also note that you can tell if the battery is charging or fully charged (a small indicator that glows red when charging and green when charging, just below the charging port. It's hard to see, but it's there). Overall I am satisfied with this speaker.
