We have been using the Ooma system for many years. I was using a regular phone linked to Telo via Link, but it didn't have conference calling and needed to check my voicemail through the website, so I bought an Ooma DP1. I use it with my second connection for my home office. I like the sound quality of the call. Some quirky features I can live with - hard to press buttons and I still can't figure out the speed dial setting. I bought an ienza 3.5mm female to 2.5mm male adapter to use my headphones/headset with mic and it works great. Support rating "3" because one day there was no dial tone and waiting for support for more than 30 minutes. However, we decided to just restart Telo and when it reconnected everything worked fine, so we hung up on tech support. Worth the investment.
