It's just a heavy hula hoop, it's ok

I gave it 5 stars because it's easy to assemble, easy to use (hello, just shake your hips) and durable. But that's all. I haven't lost 10 pounds, my tummy hasn't flattened. To be honest I prefer the regular hoola to this one. It's bulky and the padding digs into my side after just a few minutes of use. So it just stands in my room and is not used. Nice concept but it doesn't work as they say. My opinion: save your money.
