I bought the large one first as I'm 6ft 1in and 205 pounds. He was too big. I checked the order and the label, both said US size is large. I sent it back and ordered a medium size. The middle one came. He is very tight in the chest, regular in the waist and large in the arms. I have a 34" waist, 45" chest and 15" biceps. The sleeve length is ok, but this is for a bodybuilder, not a cyclist. So I really need a size between M and L. Please note, that L fits like an American XXL garment, it's really loose all over. The fabric is ok, the construction seems ok., the test run went well. It just fits oddly on a cycling jersey.
