Review on MasterStream by Jason Melvin

I like how easy it is to use for our small team of 3 people in Sales & Marketing. The reporting options are not as robust, but they do have some great features built right in (like automated emails). There isn't much room for customization outside of templates/templates colors which may be an issue if this was something we needed done often. We were looking at other platforms before deciding between MS & Infusionsoft, so many things helped us choose them over others. Reporting needs help - would love more flexibility there! As far as functionality goes - its everything from scheduling events, creating marketing campaigns / email blasts etc I like the fact that everything is in one place, and it's easy to navigate. There are very few things I dislike about this product. The customer service is excellent. They're always willing to help you out! The system is user friendly, and the support is great. I have been able to track my calls and my time easily. This has made my job much easier.
