The ability to manage all of our accounts from one place has been very helpful for my department as it allows us access any account at anytime, we also love how customizable this program is allowing so many different ways in which users are able utilize their programs feature! I like how easy it is to use for our small team of 3 people in Sales & Marketing. The reporting options are not as robust, but they do have some great features built right in (like automated emails). There isn't much room for customization outside of templates/templates colors which may be an issue if this was something we needed done often. We were looking at other platforms before deciding between MS & Infusionsoft, so many things helped us choose them over others. Reporting needs help…
