The service has been easy to implement with minimal downtime. The reports are clear and actionable. We were looking for an app that could connect our guest wifi with our reservation database to pull up contact data quickly when guests request it during check-in or at the cashier. This product did exactly that, so we've stopped doing manual searches of the reservation database for this information. Thanks for supporting us! It's made life easier for our team! It was easy to test and install the system ourselves, but it would have been helpful if they had a trial available for early customers. Instead, I ended up having to create my own custom trial version of the software. No issues until then. But that's ok. I'm sure there's a learning curve that I just hadn't realized before testing! WiFi Marketing is solving a problem of mine by creating a faster way to access guest contact info.
