20210805: TECKNET contacted us and admitted that the headset seems to have issues with VPN and they have developed a headset that would work better over VPN. To me that is great customer service. The feedback is intended to inspire the company to recognize the problem and work to improve their product. TECKNET for a responsible company which I have upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Again a great headset, just not suitable for a VPN. I bought it for my work/home. The VPN does not recognize the headset after you take it out of the charging station. I have to reconnect to the database every time. I returned it. The headset is great as long as there is NO VPN in the middle which is why I gave it 3 stars.
