Update: Great headset but not suitable for VPN.

20210805: TECKNET contacted us and admitted that the headset seems to have issues with VPN and they have developed a headset that would work better over VPN. To me that is great customer service. The feedback is intended to inspire the company to recognize the problem and work to improve their product. TECKNET for a responsible company which I have upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 stars. Long-lasting battery for all-day activities

I only got this because of the battery I need to be mobile around the house and not necessarily always next to my car. I was a bit disappointed with the sound of the speaker, but I think to get great battery life you have to cut corners somewhere. So far so good, it lasted up to 10 hours a day and for the price I really can't complain too much. .If I find other flaws I will definitely update them. Surprisingly good headset

It's not just that this is a good headset for the money; This is a good headset period. I've used Blue Parrot which cost me about $250 and I've never been happy with it. The range, for example, was terrible. This headset allows me to leave my phone anywhere in my 2300 square feet. Feet and connected everywhere inside and mostly outside. The only place it has trouble is breaking through two cinder block walls at the same time - one seems fine, but two not so much when I'm 30ft from the house…

Great sound quality but Bluetooth connection is difficult; defective charging connector

I enjoyed using the headset but the connectors on the base are broken so I won't be charging again and I don't want to buy another set just yet. There are two small contacts for charging and one gets stuck in the down position. Wireless has helped me be more mobile in my home office. Great headset, nice features and noise canceling is no problem

This is a great wireless headset and the noise canceling does not interfere with speaking. I've tried other brands that had Bluetooth wireless headsets and while they seemed fine, their noise-cancellation often muted the volume of my voice and others couldn't hear me either. There are no problems with this device. I also like the charging station option.
