I don't know how long this will take, but even if I have to buy 10 more I'll still get further than buying an OEM igniter. I had to cut the connection point off the old igniter and screw it onto the new one as the connections were different. 2 small ceramic nuts are included in the kit. MAKE SURE YOU PREPARE THE WIRES TOGETHER WITH THE PLIERS BEFORE INSTALLING THE NUTS OR YOU WILL NOT BE CAPTURED. The small tab that attaches the igniter to the flame tube fits perfectly. I had to bend the top of the other tongue so the base of the stove would come back up and out of the way of the new igniter. I had to bend it as hard as I could with my two thumbs. Put on gloves for this part. I wouldn't bend it any other way because you risk damaging the igniter.
