I should have read all the reviews before buying. They even sent me a new one; but unfortunately both show signs of wear and have terrible problems with the y key. If you haven't downloaded the test controller app to your Xbox, you're doing yourself a disservice. Both controllers received in this test could not cope with either freedom of movement or button presses. I would venture to say that this company buys used controllers, "refurbishes" and gives them a makeover to make them look nice, "checks the functionality" that everything works, and sells them as new since they're technically built a new controller.
